DESCRIPTION:The mobile unit of the Office of the Secretary of State will be at the City Center Village Senior Community in Decatur on September 25\, 2024 from 10am to noon to provide free Alabama photo voter identification cards for residents who meet the requirements to qualify. \nThere will also be voter registration forms available and the opportunity to update your voter information. Swipe for more details on photo voter ID requirements.  \nAlabama’s requirements to qualify for a photo voter ID card include: \n\nYou must be a registered voter at your current address in Alabama.\nYou must not already have a valid photo identification that is accepted for voting in the state.\nYou must provide a form of valid identification. This can include:\n\nNon-valid photo IDS that contain full legal name and date of birth (expired license\, student card\, employee identification card\, etc.)\nBirth certificate or Marriage License\nMedicare or Medicaid document\nMilitary Record\nOfficial School Record or Transcript\nSocial Security Administration Document\nState or Federal Census Record\nHospital or Nursing Home Record\nCertificate of Citizenship\n\n\n\nYou also can’t already possess one of the following: \n\nValid Alabama Driver’s License (can’t be expired by 60 days or more)\n\nAlabama Law Enforcement Agency Digital Driver’s License\n\n\nValid Alabama Nondriver ID (can’t be expired by 60 days or more)\n\nAlabama Law Enforcement Agency Digital Nondriver ID\n\n\nValid Alabama Photo Voter ID Card\nValid State-Issued ID (Alabama or any other state)\n\n\n\nValid AL Department of Corrections Release – Temporary ID\nValid AL Movement/Booking Sheet from Prison/Jail System\nValid Pistol Permit\n\n\n\n\nValid Federal-Issued ID\nValid US passport\nValid Employee ID from Federal Government\, State of Alabama\, County\, Municipality\, Board\, or other entity.\nValid student or employee ID from a public or private college or university in the State of Alabama\nDigital student ID from a public or private college or university in the State of Alabama\nValid student or employee ID issued by a state institution of higher learning in any other state\n\nDigital student ID issued by a state institution of higher learning in any other state\n\n\nValid Military ID\nValid Tribal ID
